As the organizer, I’m thrilled to share the resounding success of Google DevFest Goa 2023, held at the Panjim Convention Centre in Mala, Panaji, Goa, on November 25th. This flagship event, orchestrated by Google Developers Group and spearheaded by GDG Goa team, was a celebration of groundbreaking ideas, collaborative learning, and the spirit of technological innovation.

DevFest, an annual global event by Google Developers, aims to bridge the gap between technology and developers. The 2023 edition, marking the 12th year of this all-day developer conference, signified the start of a new decade for the GDG community, with a focus on diverse technologies explored through lightning talks, sessions, and more.

The event also featured an engaging Business Expo, showcasing innovative brands like Rezoomex, Turtlemint, Goa State Innovation Council, IDFC Bank, and ArioPix. Attendees had the chance to explore these cutting-edge ventures and witness the vibrant startup scene.

DevFest 2023 was a platform for insightful tech talks. Varun Raj delved into Text Embeddings, Siddhant Agarwal explored Graph-Powered NLP, Ashok Vishwakarma discussed JavaScript Bundlers, and Nirav Kothari shared insights on BigQuery. Abhishek Doshi covered app security, while Amey Nerkar explored the challenges in Digital Payments, to name a few.
